Obamacare 2.0, Rinocare or Ryancare, whatever you call it, Speaker Ryan's phony "repeal and replace" bill is actually worse than Obamacare in many respects, and it is all being done behind closed doors using budget reconciliation, not open debate and amendments. To stop Ryancare's benefits for illegal aliens, and massive new entitlements and big government we urge conservatives to contact the White House to let President Trump know he's being suckered on this deal.

A a subculture the size of New York is functioning among us outside the system with no real way of monitoring what they are doing or who they are. Apple and Google doubtless know more about our illegal alien population than our own government. They certainly have better access. And this ignores the hardened criminals, gang members, terrorists, cop killers, drug dealers and on and on. It is the definition of a culture of corruption and we are living in it.
The solution is to tilt our immigration system away from extended family immigrants and more toward skills and merit. To put America first, it makes sense to give green cards to the immigrants who will do the most good for our country. President Trump wants to shift our visas system to emphasize skill and merit, and Congress should get behind him. Skill-based immigration is one of our best weapons to keep the American economy number one in the world and to ensure we never surrender technological dominance to the Chinese or other rising nations that want to knock America off our commanding economic heights.
The vulnerable around the world hear about free health care and the safety of sanctuary cities when both of those terms are lies. Yet they leave their homes after being encouraged by the news they hear and imagine an American utopia. Instead, they get California. The supposed free health care involves getting a Medi-Cal card. When getting an appointment with a doctor is impossible, they will go to an emergency room and will be among the other Medi-Cal recipients waiting in a sea of individuals who are ill and suffering. In Los Angeles, many will find themselves sleeping on the street on the now famous downtown piles of trash infested with rats and alongside others infected with lice-borne typhus.
